The Final Girls
This is the second film Alexander Ludwig has starred in that has ''Final Girl'' in the title. Both films are released in 2015.
Angela Trimbur was also in Halloween II (2009), a similar slasher film to the film in this film.
The run time of Camp Bloodbath is 92 minutes, same run time as The Final Girls.
Humongous
The shipwreck sequence was originally supposed to take place during a storm. The storm was changed to a fog bank because of the constraints of the low budget.
Garry Robbins, who plays the disfigured killer, was driven to the set in full monster make-up.
The killer's home was really two separate places: One was a house located outside of Toronto while the other was an office building.

Slumber Party Massacre
Director Amy Holden Jones shot a promo film of the original script's prologue for $1,000 so she could get a directing job from Roger Corman. Corman was so impressed by the promo that he asked Jones to make a feature-length movie from the script.
Brinke Stevens got her first big speaking role in this film.
Michael Villella deliberately avoided talking to the other cast members during the shooting of the picture.
Sorority House Massacre
The blonde woman in the poster artwork for this movie is actress Suzee Slater.
The initials on Beth's suitcase as she's entering the sorority house are the same initials that are on the outside of the house: LBH.
Film debut of Vinnie Bilancio.

DAY 15: WHERE DOES EVIL LIVE?
Body Parts is very similar to a 1971 episode of Night Gallery titled "The Hand of Borgus Weems."
The lead character's car is struck from the rear by a tractor trailer, and we see him fly forward into the dashboard. A rear-end impact would cause the occupant of the struck car to fly backward. In severe cases such as this, the occupant would be ejected out the rear window.
Advertisements for the movie were cancelled in Wisconsin due to the Dahmer killings.

DAY 11: SHUT YOUR EYES...AND SCREAM
These stories were originally written and filmed for the anthology series Darkroom (1981). They were deemed too intense by Universal and thus culled into an anthology film for theatrical release.
Lee Ving, lead singer of punk band Fear, appears in the segment, "Terror in Topanga." One of the songs that Emilio Estevez listens to in the segment "Bishop of Battle" is "I Don't Care About You" by Fear.
Emilio Estevez went through a two week training course with the NYPD on gun use to train for his battle scenes when the computer-generated enemies entered the real world.

DAY 7: HE SOLD HIS SOUL FOR ROCK N' ROLL
Gerrit Graham has talked about the infamous "musical chairs" casting, where William Finley almost wound up with no part to play. The studio considered casting Paul Williams as Winslow, Graham as Swan and Peter Boyle as Beef. Williams turned down the role not only because he didn't feel physically fit or menacing for the role, but he didn't want to use the role as a slam against the recording industry. Boyle was unavailable, Graham took the Beef role and Finley ultimately took the Winslow role. In fact, director Brian De Palma actually wrote the part with Finley in mind. Finley said in a recent interview that Jon Voight was at one time considered for the role of Swan.
Director Brian De Palma originally considered the popular group Sha-Na-Na for the roles of the Juicy Fruit. They were very big at the time, but De Palma found them too difficult to work with and rejected them.
At the airport when Beef is introduced, the Death Records logo on the lectern was superimposed over the original logo for Swan Song Records to avoid conflict with Led Zeppelin's record label, which had sued. Although the film's producers were certain they would win due to the fact that the phrase was common long before, they decided to make the change in order to get the film finished quickly rather than go through a prolonged court fight.
