 "THE SPIRIT BOARD" the new, six minutes, horror short film by Andrea Ricca director of "Spider Danger", "The Furfangs", "The Giant Scorpion" and more. It is an horror story, with 3D special effects, about a girl and an ouija séance gone wrong.

"THE SPIRIT BOARD" is an Horror Short Film shot with zero budget and without any troupe, with the only help of an HD Camera and a Pc. Writing, shooting, editing, 3D modellation and animation, compositing and post-production are made by the director Andrea Ricca. Starring: Ilaria Lamberti.

Andrea Ricca is an italian filmmaker who has realized, since 1998, some science fiction and horror short movies. They reached more than 4.000.000 views online and were welcomed positively by international reviews such as the English “SFX UK” or the French “Ecran Fantastique”, the historical "Hammer Film", and many more (STARBURST.COM, DREAD CENTRAL.COM, HORROR MOVIE.CA, HARROW IN THE HEAD, BLOODY DISGUSTING, HORROR SOCIETY, DAILY HORROR, THE CGBROS, FRIGHT NIGHT INTERNATIONAL FILM FEST etc.). All is works are zero budget productions, without any troupe, they had no external contributions and made no payment to the sharers. They were realized with the only help of a HD Cam and a computer.

"THE GIANT SCORPION" is an independent sci-fi horror short movie, with 3D graphic special effects, about a scorpion that became giant after the fall of a meteor. In other words: "What is better than a beautiful girl that sweetly sleeps under an ’80s issue of “Fangoria“ magazine and fights monster with a sharp katana?” :) 

The short movie is also a tribute to '50s movies like "The Black Scorpion" (1957).

It was shot at zero budget and without any troupe, with the only help of an HD Camera and a Pc. Writing, shooting, editing, 3D modellation and animation, compositing and post-production are made by the director Andrea Ricca. Additional special effects (Sim fluids and Dynamics) are made by Giuseppe Cilli.
