COURIER-X has been shrouded in secrecy due to its highly political and controversial subject matter; specifically for blaming the White House Administration for intentionally shooting down Flight TWA 800 along with the most unanswered question of all...why.

Udo Kier plays a former member of the East German Police-The Stasi- in a multi-layered story covering the events of Flight TWA 800, a blackmail attempt on the CIA after Pulitzer Prize winning journalist, Gary Webb, released his on-line article, 'Dark Alliance,' and a clever cat-and-mouse game between a Manhattan crime boss and a smuggler of black market merchandise.

COURIER-X toured at the Palm Beach, Myrtle Beach,  LA's San Pedro and London International Film Festival, among other festivals, winning Best Feature Film along with two Best Lead Actor awards for James C. Burns & Bron Boier.  The film also received 5 other nominations including; Best Picture, Best Director, Best Cinematography, Best Supporting Actor and Best Hair & Makeup. 

COURIER-X stars Udo Kier, James C Burns, Lee Shepherd, and Gary Francis Hope.  The film was directed by first-time filmmaker Thomas Gulamerian.  The film will be released at the Laemmle NoHo 7 on October 21, followed by a VOD release on all platforms on November 4 by Gravitas Ventures.

Gravitas Ventures has acquired domestic VOD rights for Steve Balderson's festival favorite Hell Town.  Presented as three episodes of a sadistic twist on Masterpiece Theater, Balderson (Firecracker, The Casserole Club) and co-director Elizabeth Spear have carved up a serialized story filled with catfights, cliffhangers, broken hearts and murder.  Since the world premiere sponsored by the Austin Horror Society and Alamo Drafthouse, Hell Town has made audiences and critics laugh and scream, picking up awards for Best Feature at Colorado Horror-Con, as well as a Best Feature and Best Actress win for Amanda Deibert, with nominations for Best Actor, Best Director, Best Screenplay and Best Cinematography, at the Crimson Scream Horror Film Festival. Debbie Rochon (Model Hunger, Return to Nuke 'Em High, The Theater Bizarre) headlines as the hostess of the three surviving episodes of Hell Town, following the melodramatic and potentially short-lived lives of Krysten Day, Amanda Deibert, Owen Lawless, Ben Windholz, Jennifer Grace and Balderson muse Pleasant Gehman. Hell Town follows the melodramatic antics of high school seniors clashing over love, sex, and betrayal.  In the middle of all the everyday drama of one-sided infatuations, backstabbing bitchiness, bottled-up sexuality, sibling rivalry and general small-town angst, the Letter Jacket Killer is killing students in a variety of sadistic ways.  As the body count rises and the blood pools closer to home, it becomes clear that one of our main characters is the killer.  Everyone, from the prom queen and shirtless jock to the nosey geek and the super bitch, are all suspects in the carnage.

Pic follows ex-Navy Seal John Crenshaw (rising action star Paul Logan) as he accompanies his girlfriend and her students on a weekend nature-photography expedition deep into the woods. The final film for beloved actor Taylor Negron

The late Taylor Negron (Fast Times at Ridgemont High, The Last Boy Scout) stars in the “explosive” (Sonic Cinema) Alienated, invading cinemas and VOD this March via Gravitas Ventures.

From writer-director Brian Ackley comes an intoxicating, edge-of-the-seat science-fiction chiller tells the story of a married couple that is forced to confront their fatal relationship issues while on the brink of a possible alien abduction.

A film that “deserves the long list of accolades it has had bestowed on” (Movie Marker), Alienated has won 12 awards, including three for Best Feature, several Best Actor awards (including honours for the late Negron), and Best Director for Ackley.

When Gerald explodes after losing everything during an alcohol-fueled poker game with Lucian, Miranda finally gives him the boot. Synopsis:

A new girl in a quiet town, Tess (Ryan Simpkins) tries to manage her psychosis while adjusting to her new life with her mom (Annika Marks).  After stumbling upon the shrine of Lucy (Amberley Gridley), a hit and run victim, Tess finds herself overwhelmed by hallucinations of the dead girl and starts to question her sanity again.  When the spirit possesses Tess’s mind and soul, mother and daughter are at a loss for where to turn next for salvation: religion or medicine?  Both institutions have failed them to date but faith leads them to the house of Sarah (Karina Logue), Lucy’s mother, who has been despondent since the accident.  All together with time working against them, Sarah is desperate to believe that Lucy is still alive in Tess but neither parent wants to give up on their daughter.  Now that she understands what is happening to her, ultimately Tess must decide whether she wants to keep fighting or succumb to her affliction.

UH, OH.  These CRAZY BITCHES just got CRAZIER for Halloween.

 

Gravitas Ventures and FilmMcQueen, who brought the film festival hit comedy CRAZY BITCHES, featuring "I Am Cait" actress Candis Cayne, into homes in 2015, unveiled plans on Monday for a special 99-cent Halloween weekend release on iTunes. That's crazy!  

 

And it gets even crazier. The weekend before Halloween, Oct. 23rd and 24th, iTunes will be selling downloads to own for 50% off the regular price - just $4.99 for standard definition (SD) and $6.99 for high-definition version.

 

Still not satisfied? Writer-director Jane Clark (METH HEAD) also announced plans tolaunch a sequel, CRAZIER BITCHES, with a fundraising campaign at IndieGoGo site, http://igg.me/at/CrazierBs

 

CRAZY BITCHES, released in February and featuring "I Am Cait" actress Candis Cayne, tells of seven women and their gay friend whose weekend getaway turns murderous when one-by-one they are killed by their own vanity!

 

Dubbed a "slasher satire" by Entertainment Weekly, CRAZY BITCHES played at more than 25 festivals, including a Los Angeles Outfest screening where it thrilled an audience of some 800 at Hollywood's historic John Anson Ford Amphitheater.

 

The comedy earned an "A" from Kim Hoffman at AfterEllen for a film "packed with moments that will make you giggle, cringe, and maybe even jump out of your seat for a second." It was dubbed "a bloody good time" by Campus Circle and Horror Movies Uncut wrote: "Filled with laughs, suspense, and well crafted gore CRAZY BITCHES is a deep slasher that knows it's roots and excels in the lavish world of horror."

 

"I've seen the film at least 10 times with festival audiences, and it never gets old to hear the laughter, gasps and screams. And the biggest reward comes after the film ends when I watch them leave smiling from the experience," Director Jane Clark said of her comedy.

 

Clark has now written follow-up CRAZIER BITCHES that takes place two years after the slaughter at Hallowed Spirits Ranch. Our heroine, Alice, is the leader of the grade school Christmas pageant committee, and when some of the mommies begin behaving badly, old passions - the deadly kind - get stirred up and the killing starts again.  If the actors lived through the first slaughter, they are back for another. If they didn't...well, some are back anyway, including fan favorites Candis Cayne and Guinevere Turner. And some new, as yet announced, actresses are coming along for the sequel.
