16. Describe a real-life situation that inspired you?
Meeting my art idol and having him say that I'm going somewh...ere.
17. What do you like and dislike about the art world?
I like that artists are out there hustling and trying new things. What I don't
like is when a person takes a photo of an actor and touches it up in photo shop
and calls it art. That's not art. You draw that person and then call me back.
18. What is your dream project?
To draw a movie poster or to make a comic book cover in my charcoal style.
19. What’s the best piece of advice you’ve been given?
Don't listen to "fluffers". Your mom and your buddies will always lean toward giving you praise. Strangers tend to be more honest. And sometimes TOO honest. You have to be able to get over that mess and improve.
20. What wouldn’t you do without?
My music.
21. Professionally, what’s your goal?
To draw all day. To do higher profile conventions and not have to pay for a booth anymore. Basically, I want to keep drawing as I am and not have to be
too far out of pocket on getting to conventions. Oh, and more commissions.
